Membership Entry Notes
Membership Renews and Sign Up to the HRCR Membership Platform
There are two options “Join the HRCR” or “Renew your membership”
If you have already signed up to the new system or filled in the google form to verify your membership you may already be on the system, so after choosing the “Renew your Membership” button login using your email, you will then either enter your password or be asked to choose your password. Your profile will have already been started and you need to press the edit button to make changes, you must remember to press the save button after or changes will not be saved. See below on how to buy your membership after setting up your profile.
If you have not joined the new system yet, use the “Join the HRCR” button and follow the instructions to set up your profile. This is not buying membership this is simply the first part of the process where you enter your details. You will get an email welcoming you to the platform.
To buy membership you must go to the “start new membership” button. Please do this even if you are renewing, as the system is starting fresh, all members are in effect starting a new membership. This is the second part of the system where you get to choose your membership type and how you wish to pay either by card or setting up a Direct Debit.
If wanting joint membership please use the “add member” button to add a profile for your partner on your login, please use the same email address as on your profile. This will link the 2 profiles, so I know who your joint member is. Only pay for joint membership on one profile preferably the lead person who’s email it is to login. I will add the joint membership to the other members profile after you have paid so you may see a delay in your partner showing as having membership too.
If setting up a new DD, you will be asked to fill in a new DD mandate this will start from February 2027 and be taken every February thereafter, you will then be asked to pay a one-off payment by card for this year’s 26/27 membership.
THIS IS A NEW SYSTEM YOU WILL BE GIVEN A NEW 6 DIGIT MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.
DON’T FORGET TO DOWNLOAD THE CLUBRIGHT APP FOR THE FULL MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE
We have been told an update to the app, due at the end of February will include the digital photo membership cards we are waiting for. I will however be sending out digital MSUK cards till the Clubright ones are in place.
PLEASE NOTE ALL EXISTING MEMBERSHIPS ARE TO CEASE ON THE 31st JANUARY 2026
IF YOU DO NOT JOIN THIS NEW SYSTEM, YOU ARE NO LONGER A MEMBER!
All existing DD have been cancelled our end by the closure of the account but please also cancel them your side at your bank to ensure they are not taken this year. All future payments are through the Clubright pay system.
