Their 2026 event is scheduled for August 15th

For the first year  a comprehensive survey of all Clubman events was organised  by David Morris to whom many thanks.  This was sent to all HRCR competitors entering each round of the clubman’s challenge asking their opinion on a wide range of factors from pre-event communication to their enjoyment of the final meal. Results were shared with all organising committees too and hopefully the feedback of all varieties will lead to a general improvement of  events and a better appreciation by competitors.

We had 400 returns over the year averaging 64% of all championship registered entrants.
CoCs received all written responses for their events 2 weeks after the event. Now all the results are in, we will also share anonymised scores for each of the 9 questions.
Lowest scores were for 2 specific questions. How welcome competitors felt with other road users, and the quality of the venues and catering.
The winning event lead the scores in 5 questions relating to route conflict, feeling welcome with other road users, test layouts, navigation and venues and catering
