East Wiltshire & North Somerset
This year the event will start from the Georgian city of Bath where you will have the opportunity to see some of the famous buildings during the beginning of the tour.
The route of around 100 miles will then travel through east Wiltshire to a lunch stop at Wilton House, near Salisbury, where you will have ample time to enjoy the 22 acres of parkland and gardens, the house, visit the Earl of Pembroke’s classic car collection and take refreshments in the restaurant. After lunch we will continue our journey through north Somerset to finish at our regular venue, the Orchardleigh Golf Club just outside Frome, where the customary high quality carvery meal will be served.
The entry fee for the tour will be £75 per car with an optional £5 per entry for our chosen charity, the Great Western Air Ambulance. For this fee you will receive an easy to read Tulip-style road book, rally plate, breakfast roll and drink at the start, entrance to Wilton House and the carvery meal at the finish. In addition each entrant will receive an email photo from our official photographer Andy Manston.
Regulations and an entry form are available now and can be downloaded from www.bathmotorclub.co.uk.
