We endeavour to despatch goods within 28 days of receipt of your order, but factors outside our control may prevent this.
If any goods we send you are faulty, please return them to us and we will replace them or refund their entire cost, at our discretion.
We will refund the cost of any goods we have supplied, excluding any post and packing charge, if they are returned to us in good saleable condition within 14 days of your receipt of them, except if they have been ordered specifically for you or personalised to your instructions.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under English law, which will govern the transaction.
