Scenic Tours 2008

Ross & District MotorSports Clubs ‘Bluebell Run', ran on Sat 3rd May with a record entry of 48 crews.  The Bluebells put in an appearance just in time and these together with several stops for refreshment and an excellant meal at the finish proved to be a very enjoyable day. We just missed the deadline for the current issue of the Old Stager, but a full report and photos will appear in the next issue.

The Three Counties Tour  organised by Croydon and District MC on Sunday May 18th. A healthy entry of 33 crews took part, over an interesting route which took in a visit to a Llama Centre, a stop for a typical Sunday Roast Dinner and a buffet tea. Again a full report will appear in the next issue of Old Stager.

There is still time to get an entry on the HRCRs own Economy Run on Sat 21st June. The event now firmly established in the North West and always involves food at various interesting establishments and it is hoped to again raise a good sum for the Save the Children Fund.  Contact John Hunt on 01782-516275 or e mail hunt07@btinternet.com

Next up wil the ever popular Donor Card GT on Sun 27th July this year starting from 'Brooklands' with an all new route.  Contract Continental Car Tours on 01304-380244 or e mail admin@continentalcartours.co.uk
